I'm a retired psychologist living in the north woods of Minnesota. I've spent most of my adult life helping people live their lives more fully and to enhance their overall level of health, wealth, and happiness. This continues to be my main mission in retirement as well.
Having been an ardent devotee of Buddha Dharma for around 35 years, I'm particularly interested in bringing the Great Compassion and Wisdom it entails into mainstream Western culture.
To this end, I have helped to pioneer the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMass Medical Center. In retirement, I remain strongly devoted to helping others utilize Mindfulness in coping with all forms of adversity and in personal transformation
Since financial security is a contributing factor in maintaining optimal health, I'm also dedicated to promoting prosperity through successful online marketing.
